Bergheim

A tour which takes around 3-5 hours including guiding around the courtyard. This is an easy hike that most people can do, approximately 2 km each way, and is a natural and cultural experience.

Bergheim is an old mountain farm located 350meters above the Lustrafjord. Especially one of the buildings, Gamlestova, is interesting. This was the main building in the 1700s and it is still in its original condition. You get a good sensation of what it was like to live at a mountain shelf above the fjord 300 years ago.

After the tour of the courtyard we can go down to the cliff over the fjord for some rest and perhaps some food while we enjoy the amazing view of the fjord and the mighty roar of Feigefossen.

This is a trip that most people can do, which gives you a beautiful view of the fjord and the landscape around it and is also a cultural historic experience.
